Good compensation and great work life balance in syngenta Biosciences pvt Ltd. good for freshers. 4 departments are here, RC (Research chemistry), Process chemistry, Kilo lab and RSMC.
Not much growth for people with experience more than 3 years. Increment is 6-11%. STI is heigher than industry (15%).

Look down at employees who have joined Syngenta shared services from BPO industry. Heavy deduction on annual variable pay that actually reduced your actual takeaway home by 15%-20%. P2P Tower lead was horrible with no etiquette on how to speak team. It's a place where you find favoritism at the extreme, some people will be promoted every year, and few suffer a lot no matter how much you work. It's a bureaucratic sarkari company. DO NOT JOIN IF YOU TRUST MY REVIEW. Your manager can see your entire salary breakup which i personally didn't like after working in India Tier 1 IT companies You will hardly get any support from HR as they will convince you that there is some issue with you and they will never support you. They cannot handle high package salary hence they make heavy deduction on annual appraisal, variable pay and to prove this a hammering of your happen through out year
