Working at BBRC-Syngene is a good experience. Specifically, environment within and across the teams, learning opportunities, exposure to new technologies and work-life Balance.

Dislikes

Financial growth is an issue. Variable payout is a major issue. They won’t pay you even a single penny when you exit the company.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
