The exploitation in terms of compensation and botched appraisal is pathetic. For a single position appraisal ranges from 3% to 20%. Doesn't it question the hiring criteria for the company?

Very good company, safety is very high, no comprimise in safety. I worked for 5 years and 3 months. Good work environment.

... parental insurance, if you want parental insurance, you need to buy every year. 42000 you need to pay every year for 2 lakh premium, this is very high burden for lower salary employees

Office politics more at work place ,arrogant high level people will destroy low grade level employees career for theirs reputations and ego satisfaction.
