It will be paid in the 1st week of june so until that we shoud not resign even though variable pay is calculated based on performance of financial year (April to March) but in other organization if we have worked even in notice period until end of march month, it will be paid so it is one of the worst policy.

Appraisals are not fair and and they give good salary hike those who are in higher position.lower level people will not get good hike.It is managers growing company.
Safe work environment and supportive team. Scientists are treated very well, as it's scientific company. Every year we can expect salary hikes. There are very good cafeteria and huge ones. Transportation is very good and you get it to every corner in the city. Involvement in activities organized by company is always welcomed, team celebrations like birthdays and new year is done well.
...e functions like ENM, FINANCE, SCM, PM your work life balance will be hectic.
If you join as a fresher, with low salary package here better to change within a year and half.
...work life balance, management is supportive. My teammates and manager are good. Company policies are good and regards to salary hike and bonus I still have to experience that as I am pretty new here.
Skill development or learning wise for freshers especially master student it's not very good. I don't like the specific time sheet culture i.e. working for 8-9 hrs everyday. You have to be lucky in terms of getting a good team to work with.
The HR policies are good enough compared to other Indian Biopharmaceutical companies.
