... you tagged with a client No 360 degree feed back culture Terrible bench policy. For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors. You can't change your reporting manager HR role is only in hiring. They don't listen anything and don't help in day to day questions.

Nothing to like due to how things are managed in every aspects small changes can go alot but

No hike , no value for work efforts people putin , value for the people who does politics, working flexible policy is there but managers will not let you use it, Management need to look at how managers are handling things before things go to worst

Horrific Work balance. They feel people are like robots. If want to join Synechron be ready to work for 24/7 and still no one is satisfied. They give peanuts in sake of increment
