I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Dislikes

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.

-Salary is good -All depends upon client -If you have project then it's good else worst company

Dislikes

-Hire and Fire policy -Worst Mangers and HRs -You are fired if you dint get project when you are on Bench. Also you won't get much opportunities to give interview when you are on bench

They attract you with good salary hike, they will give you more than 100% hike while joining Good work life balance Good opportunity for java developer and beneficiary for BFSI domain Good bench policy

Dislikes

...ty they will hire you for billable and fire you once done with the project less number of projects except BFSI attract you with good salary hike,, BE AWARE check bench policy and ask about client and project duration

Okayish job security, they don't directly fire people, provide initial help needed to settle down in a new place country.

Dislikes

... need support at night or weekend or even at new year. Old mentality management Very low salary or compensation as compared to market competition. People with No skills are Managing the people with skills.

Likes

1. Good Projects to work on. 2. Can learn quite a lot in the projects. 3. Later the learning comes down as you will be assigned to one of the support projects. 4. Excellent team members. 5. Great learning resources.

Dislikes

1. Poor hikes. 5-6% max. 2. No/Delayed promotions. 3. Expect to work for low package for a long time.
