Very stupid staffing team, give any project without matching skills. No processes, old managers think they own the company, they don't have enough projects. No work life balance

For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors. You can't change your reporting manager HR role is only in hiring. They don't listen anything and don't help in day to day questions.

if your project is over and once you came to bench then consider that your carrrer is over. you will be fired soon. Please think twice before joining this company. If you are experienced professional then please think twice.
