The management and the senior old Synechron employee's lobby who are in top positions of the respective projects behave very rude and non-professional. If you have the problem you have to leave, next level dirty politics you can see here. Also the highlight is that you do not know which can be your last day, projects and layoff's are all over the season here in Synechron. So if you're very senior and looking for stable company stay away from it.

Don't join synechron technology.lots of hire and fire happened. And they only have 45 days of bench period and nobody will help you to find another project once you on bench ..
