I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Dislikes

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.

...ojects and not bothered what is your skills nd what is the work you are getting. Initially they give a great package. Later in the appraisal you don't see much.

Dislikes

Mangers will not keep their promises they wil play with your weakness. If you say onsite then your time and work-life is gone.

Very good for freshers to lear and their salary but for laterals it's not satisfy their needs

Management people should not give false promises like I will increase ur package. But all bull shit simply they will be lieing

...rk location, they are reaching you out in hometown/where ever you are located. No salary cuts, layoffs.

Dislikes

They are mostly depending on few clients and those contract are valid for 2 years per employee, post that you need to look outside. They are less possibilities to continue in Synechron. Very rare on-site opportunities.

Company policies are good and paying good. work culture are ok .

Dislikes

There is no team collaboration . Compensation is decent but carrier growth is almost zero . Internal politics are too much , there is no respect to skilled based resources . Job security is almost zero , once client release from their project then forcefully resigned the resources without giving any valid cause. Resource Management are worse , here peoples are hired without project and have to wait long time to get the project. Manger are mostly know how to save their job and responsibility , they don't care other jobs .
