I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.

...n constant fear of job insecurity or have been dismissed without valid reason 3. During my tenure, hundreds of employees were laid off with a severance package equivalent to three month's salary 4. 5 star ratings on Ambition box are often fabricated by marketing and branding team 5. There is zero security and many employees lived in constant fear of losing their jobs. Under such circumstances , how can we expect employees to perform effectively? 6. The company provides a joining kit, including items like T-shirts and bags, for promotional purposes, so there's no need to be overly excited about receiving it 7. At Synechron, there is 45 days bench period during which many fake interview calls are conducted, and there is no feedback provided after the interviews 8. It's very difficult for employees to survive even six months, yet Associate director and Directors have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. This stark contrast clearly shows that the rules are not same for everyone

...ojects and not bothered what is your skills nd what is the work you are getting. Initially they give a great package. Later in the appraisal you don't see much.

Dislikes

Mangers will not keep their promises they wil play with your weakness. If you say onsite then your time and work-life is gone.

...I worked in client location. So I don't have any Negative feedback nor positive. Salary is good and other benefits normal to IT standards.

I don't have any cons. But my colleagues told, synechron is good until you are assigned to a project. But in my experience I really don't feel any cons

there is no job security in this company if want to join in this company but one thing I want to say is one word salary is very good, about culture I don't know because I didn't go to the office yet.
