What is the use of all other benefits, if you don't have job security, for 4 years i got a excellent rating, client project got ramped down, 2 weeks into bench, they asked me to put a resignation. I believe this is not a good thing to do.

Very good payroll and other documents maintained. HRs and managers do listen to your concerns and always address them.

Dislikes

Zero work satisfaction. No work monitoring by synechron managers when you join as a contractor to a client. No proper awards or rewards due to lack of monitoring.

No career growth, no job security if you are in bench , and once you came into bench you will get fired. Managers have no skills they are just bench manager, they don't care about you. HR is just for namesake

Job security is very low. Dont get carried away by the salary offered on joining as following years would be negligible. Innovation is zero.

Career growth is minimal as there are no oppurtunities. They attract job seekers with high pay and after their huge earnings they will not retain you after your contract ends. Its so pathetic that they dont provide medical insurance.

No Job Security at all for anyone No Projects to get assigned i had only 14 days on the Bench then they told me to resign ( good thing they give you 3 month salary after 45 days of resignation ) its very sad for people with EMI's and responsibilities to join company like this. and before signing joining letter please read it in relax , they wont give you offer letter until 10 am on joining date
