Just salary without vatriable and good infrstructure..

Work culture of company and no extra pay for weekend working and since from last three months i am working on alternate saturday beacause of heavy workload for all time.There is no job security if you are on bench they are giving two to three chance interview for client and in house company project if you are not clear then your countdown start..otherwise i am not found any stablity of job if you have good connection with mangers then you can survive..

Nothing to like due to how things are managed in every aspects small changes can go alot but

No hike , no value for work efforts people putin , value for the people who does politics, working flexible policy is there but managers will not let you use it, Management need to look at how managers are handling things before things go to worst

During my tenure, hundreds of employees were laid off with a severance package equivalent to three month's salary 4. 5 star ratings on Ambition box are often fabricated by marketing and branding team 5. There is zero security and many employees lived in constant fear of losing their jobs. Under such circumstances , how can we expect employees to perform effectively? 6. The company provides a joining kit, including items like T-shirts and bags, for promotional purposes, so there's no need to be overly excited about receiving it 7. At Synechron, there is 45 days bench period during which many fake interview calls are conducted, and there is no feedback provided after the interviews 8. It's very difficult for employees to survive even six months, yet Associate director and Directors have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. This stark contrast clearly shows that the rules are not same for everyone

Initial package is good. Except that all is average.

Dislikes

No job security. Asking for Project change is firing or going on bench. No actions over employees concern. Appraisals are just formality. Micro-management about working hours.

...I worked in client location. So I don't have any Negative feedback nor positive. Salary is good and other benefits normal to IT standards.

I don't have any cons. But my colleagues told, synechron is good until you are assigned to a project. But in my experience I really don't feel any cons
