Don't join synechron technology.lots of hire and fire happened. And they only have 45 days of bench period and nobody will help you to find another project once you on bench ..

Fixed salary structure, salary always gets paid on time, they will try to get project if you are bench till last moment

Most of the clients are banking and finance related and work loads are high for most of the people.

Pay is more, Got promotions on tome, My team, lead and manager are good,

What is the use of all other benefits, if you don't have job security, for 4 years i got a excellent rating, client project got ramped down, 2 weeks into bench, they asked me to put a resignation. I believe this is not a good thing to do.

Starting salary is good. Management is good and supportive.

Dislikes

1. Projects are very poor in terms of technologies and development. 2. Most of the projects are related to support, enhancement and follow-ups. 3. Client doesn't respect the employees.

Synechron Manager are reachable and helpful 8.Gratuity is given from company not from payment

1.Leaves are only 22 and +10 holiday 2.Office(Phase 3) is far away from city.
