I Have been working for SyncEzy for over close to 2 years and I can confidently say that it has been one of the best experiences of my professional career. The company provides an excellent platform for remote work and has an incredibly supportive and collaborative culture. The company has a fantastic team and colleagues who are always available to provide support. I have never felt isolated or disconnected from my team members, even though we are located in different parts of the world.

- Technology freedom to make the product better - Work from anywhere, where the internet speed won't be an issue. - Good team, supporting teammates.

- Working hours can be longer sometimes due to leadership positions.

Hari has done a phenomenal job creating an awesome, virtual company culture which is not an easy feat for a fully remote global company. SyncEzy offers a diverse work environment where everyone feels valued and is encouraged to contribute ideas regularly for continuous improvement. I love being able to work remotely, internationally, and collaborate with bright team to help create better efficiencies in businesses around the world. There's so much opportunity for growth and I'm excited to grow with the team. He is very generous and fair as well as a great leader.

Dislikes

I do not have any dislikes. If you're a quick learner who can work independently and are interested in making a big impact with a growing team, highly recommend considering joining the team if the opportunity presents itself.

Likes

-SyncEzy is a remote-first company and can accommodate working from any location as long as you have internet and a working laptop -My peers are very friendly and easy to get along with and work with. There are no office politics or bad management. -SyncEzy accommodates personal requests and work-life balance as best as they possibly can. Employee well-being is considered important -There is lots of work to be done and a good growth trajectory. The business model is quite sustainable and ambitious projects and services are being done. -Independence is valued and work is rewarded where deserved. -Expenses like hardware and internet are covered by the company -Overall, a healthy balance between work and personal relationships makes working with people across the company easier.

Dislikes

-Remote-first working makes it harder to network with peers and getting to know them face to face. It is much harder to socialise with peers through video calls. -Extra working hours may happen sometimes, usually only when there are deadlines or urgent issues. -Training for newer staff with unfamiliar software/services is limited and might be a challenge.

Likes

SyncEzy is growing and provides opportunity for individual development and growth as well as job security. Employees are considered to be an important part of the success of the company and the company works hard to support employees. Fun is encouraged. Working from home increases personal time.
