There are no office politics or bad management. -SyncEzy accommodates personal requests and work-life balance as best as they possibly can. -Remote-first working makes it harder to network with peers and getting to know them face to face. It is much harder to socialise with peers through video calls. -Extra working hours may happen sometimes, usually only when there are deadlines or urgent issues. -Training for newer staff with unfamiliar software/services is limited and might be a challenge.
