...t pay your FNF working in this company is like waiting for bad things to happen. I left in 2022, just like always they havent paid my fnf and last month salary, then after writing emails for a year, i got no response i wrote a social media post and got a legal notice of 10 Lakh for defamation case.

Salary is not given on time. No job security when apraisal cycle is come company is fired you. Company also posted his USA address in Google but it was fake. HR also is not good even company CEO and president is also involved in every project. If you did silly mistakes development releated some part from your salary is deducted. Please no one can join this company before joining think 100 times.

There is nothing to like, no job security, no increment policies. No proper exit policies, No fair salary basically lesser than the market.

...ist to dislike this company, these are # No job security # High work pressure # no fair salary # Unnecessary deductions from salary on the name of medical facility, and which is not reflected by company in salary slip # employee does not have access to see their monthly salary slip ( HR give it only when someone is on resignation) # if some one leaves the company they handover a big list of it's competitors , where an employee cannot join # No work life balance, always make a situation for you to stay longer than office hours, but does not offer fair package as per market standard # No fair increment policies, this is the worst company, # Join it at your own risk

...itics. Don't expect any compensation or PF account because you get your lum sum. Yup, it says before going, you are bounded to pay 2500Rs of your salary, for the cafeteria that serves disgusting meals and these deductible are mandatory. If you are soo hard pressed that you have to join or work in this organization, my sympathies lies with you.

Over stressed work environment, unclear expectations, politically flawed, incompetent management, blinded my divious managers. Managers have unexpected demands and they don't value any individual. Even if you get appreciation mail from client, your work is further scrutinised to a derogatory level. Well, who call people to their seat and humiliate you in front of others. The margin for error make us human, and company/organization that ignorantly look for perfect in their employees are basically flawed in their constitution. No, Training programme(Sole Training Programme is of proprietary reporting systems), no set work guidelines or knowledge documentation or transfer. Some department's employees are made to work 12-14 hours, rows of days, without any compensation.
