Work culture is terrible. Survival of the fittest attitude from people. No proper HR involvement in wellbeing of the employee Managers are very authoritarian and not bothered about employees concerns and well being. Politics and psychological harrasment faced

Likes

Only thing positive about Symphony Summit is work-life-balance since most of the offices apart from Bangalore are remote/ WFH. Management makes every effort to save money at the cost of productivity and employee welfare.

Dislikes

Headed for a sell-out/ acquisition Symphony Summit is another artefact in Wadhwani Empire - beware of lay-offs once this acquisition happens. Beware of their false promises during interviews and fat packages - it is not going to last long.

We get to learn more not only web application development, after joining i stared learning what is catalog, category, SR, Incident, Report etc

I don't have any negative comments or concerns on our Symphony summit

Working Environment is good. All the employees here are good and helpful. Flexible in timings. For Freshers it is good company to start as they have to all the task.

Dislikes

Can't learn New Technology.There is no opportunity to grow in this company.Using outdated practice methods.Salary for freshers is very less and Expect them to do all the work. Not practicing the proper testing practice.
