Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Work life balance Work for long hours , you might stay back for nights also ,Sometimes need to work on weekends too. Worst thing is you’ll never know when work comes. Very hard to plan our personal things. Nobody has smile on their faces in office. Everyone looks unhappy because of timings . This is the Only con this company has , i hope they’ll realise soon. And work on it . And dear seniors even juniors deserve some respect .

They can fire you without a proper reason. To much internal politics . IT admin things he is the boss of the company. Some people are getting special treatment while others are suffering
