The company throws a get together every year and celebrates largely.

Dislikes

The salary paid here is average as you're working remotely. Appraisals are delayed by months. Variable pay is delayed by 6 months, HR keeps on extending the Days. HR never replies, neither reads message nor mail. The paperworks are poor here if you need a document/service you have to wait for weeks or months, they can fire you whenever they want without prior notice and when you want to resign they ask to serve notice period and extend that too.

...here they are always busy. There is not a single thing that is managed properly. No salary discussion. People are working here just because of WORK FROM HOME culture. They cut bonus and then say your performance was not good. This company is just piece of garbage. If you are a fresher my suggestion is remain unemployed rather than joining this company.

I think as a Fresher, managing your tasks could be tough. When you join as a Newbie, they expect you to outgrow in less amount of time. If you lack time-management skills, then the fast paced environment could be challenging for you.

1. Proper team management and everyone within a team encourages others. 2. Proper work culture. 3. Management is very supportive in nature especially Bhupendra sir . He is a very cool and genuine person and the best in the entire company
