Good place to start as a fresher, can learn a lot of new things.Team leads and managers are lot more helpful. Work timings are excellent.Best part is managers understand employees problems if any.

...rk for a month continuosly without a leave thats what they call it as over-time.salary is low no increment.no facilities provided to employees just have to concentrate on work no extra activities.

...supportive and the management is transparent. The a huge cafeteria far chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike.

THE COMPANY IS OPEN TO INNOVATION AND READILY ADOPTS LATEST TECHNOLOGY. I LOVE THE FACT. I AM PART OF THE TEAM, ANOTHER PLUS POINT IS THAT MY COLLEAGUES COME VARIOUS CULTURAL BACKGROUND, AND WE WORK HAPPILY.
