...hours (8hours). So it is a loss for both leave balance and the Overtime you did. Salary will be credited on one day, the incentives after 2 weeks of ur salary date and other allowances seperately like they r giving alms. They deduct for the transport, for the food coupon and everything. Almost all the employees r silent there cuz they don't want to get terminated. They even charges for the chair and table for WFH stating the funiture is mandate. WORST COMPANY EVER.

The only good part of the organisation is HR, they do support and understand.

I had a interview, and surprisingly I never had salary discussion part with any HR at all they just send me offer letter if I call to discuss they have no time. Alright and they don't allow any gadgets on floor but have no lockers as log outs reserve the lockers for the whole and organisation do nothing on it. Coming to the culture as it's fine for now. But they give false hopes and fool here which just give false statements which they change it later. And having good amount of experience at work previously, here they pay me less than my previous ctc and in hand. They said something and I get something else. In span of two months this all I could experience.

It's a good place to work as the managers respond to the issues ASAP.

The pay is not satisfactory. No hike even after an year. They show that they're giving us sodexo credits, instead they're deducting our own money from salary and giving it as sodexo credits. Some of the TLs really don't respond to the issues which we face, we need to keep on bugging them all the time. No health insurance provided. Usually, if your joining as a fresher, your package will be 2.5 Pa, but you'll be paid only 13.5k Pm, where as you need to get paid around 17-18k after cuttings.

...ent is transparent. There are a lot of growth opportunities in the form of IJPs. Pay is excellent and I reckon this is one of the nucest places to work.
