I met some really nice colleagues and a few superiors who were supportive and understanding. shift preference was taken and sometimes we got our preferred shifts. a few superiors take time to appreciate employees' good performance.

Dislikes

...ors try to pressurise employees to do overtime but didn't accurately pay for it. due to errors on the timesheet website and errors made by authorities, salary used to get decreased almost every month and authorities don't take the responsibility to make up the amount in next salary. salary didn't come on time. superiors threatens employees about sacking them almost on a daily basis. some superiors are reluctant to give off day even when I was feeling sick.

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.

Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. Also they didn't gave my stipend and makes me fool like we will adjust in salary payroll next month next month and next month.

...o not care about customer, they open their account without telling them charges. If you do not complete your sales target they will not let you go home, salary is on hold if you take leave of one day they will cancel your week off, they said there hospital is there you have to come to office even if you are serious.. they offered salary 19k but not going to give that much , insurance amount you have to pay from your salary, these things were not tell by them in interview, they told us you will be on bank pay roll in few years but public working since 3-4 years, thane

Work culture and management are good. Job security is there and you can always learn grow internally once you are eligible to apply for igp learn a lot from this company and met some good people and negative too haha

Salary is less here as the process I was with is domestic process and appraisal is like tortoises and 6 days a week is pathetic and week off are like hell and you always have to work for more than 7days and more to get your week off
