I had a interview, and surprisingly I never had salary discussion part with any HR at all they just send me offer letter if I call to discuss they have no time. Alright and they don't allow any gadgets on floor but have no lockers as log outs reserve the lockers for the whole and organisation do nothing on it. Coming to the culture as it's fine for now. But they give false hopes and fool here which just give false statements which they change it later. And having good amount of experience at work previously, here they pay me less than my previous ctc and in hand. They said something and I get something else. In span of two months this all I could experience.

....I didn't like anything...Worst Management, They will not pay salaries on time.. Incentives will pay at one time, over time dues on one time and salary one time...They will tell a different package and will pay different package... Seriously, worst ever...After 9 months of worst work, I left from the organization..Even though I didn't get my temporary reliving letter on time, after somany follow ups, they have forwarded me that, and its been 2 months still I didn't get my salary...Thank you so much for the worst experience guys...Better to avoid this company

It's a good place to work as the managers respond to the issues ASAP.

The pay is not satisfactory. No hike even after an year. They show that they're giving us sodexo credits, instead they're deducting our own money from salary and giving it as sodexo credits. Some of the TLs really don't respond to the issues which we face, we need to keep on bugging them all the time. No health insurance provided. Usually, if your joining as a fresher, your package will be 2.5 Pa, but you'll be paid only 13.5k Pm, where as you need to get paid around 17-18k after cuttings.

...ent is transparent. There are a lot of growth opportunities in the form of IJPs. Pay is excellent and I reckon this is one of the nucest places to work.
