company growth every year but employee growth as per slab not as per their working.

responsibility of q.a after finishing their shift as it is. re-leaver not available for staff person. after - days all works pending cause of shortage of re-leaver.growth is very slow.top management not value an unique strength.Also their is no job training nor future training for improvements in employees skill.
