Only thing I dislike in the office was my team leader Anithavalli Kollabattula. Annoying and irritating person I ever seen before in our company. Apart from her rest everything was super cool.

Swiggy is one of best company equivalent to MNC'S and package is too good ,and those who are working at swiggy it makes them to balance work life and family easily .since I joined am completely satisfied and still about to complete same rest of years.

We are not prompted to work in one process should be flexible to work for any process irrespective of their interest.

If you're working in Sales then Swiggy is the place to be. Salary based on your experience is at par with market standards and work culture is amazing. There are various perks and reimbursement associated with the job and incentives are there. Work life balance is good in this job role and the best thing is that there is cubicle-less culture which means your L1, L2 managers and even your city head work next to you and can be approached for any and all sorts of advices and discussions. No job security hence I attrition ratio. Company doesn't consider profitability of restaurant partners, only itself. Hence some targets given to sales managers are harmful to the restaurants.

Good work environment. The salary are the best for the employees. They have cafeteria and gaming arcade fot chilling. And in 3 months there will be a team outing

Sometimes the team leaders would force u to bend u r back and and work for them till they get success
