Swiggy Instamart is my first job. I like my colleagues and few friendly ASMs.

Dislikes

...though I worked on festivals and different shifts. No appraisals and promotions. Salary is too low for the kind of work. This month Salary was credited on 7th.

Working environment does like an MNC, there is WFH, Senior juniors all take each other's names, no one says sir. There is no culture of Sir, The senior staff is very cooperative except for a couple of time

Salary growth, contractual job, working hours is more then the 10 hrs

Really good at salary and work benifits no matter what your position is or where you are situated

Really bad work life balance & coustomer reviews and Outlook towards the India next branch of Swiggy (India next = small cities ) . Job become a hassle faster than you can think and some aspects of its become bad really quick.

Maxx system is very very bad, maxx system bonus activated for less order pay and return pay, bull dogy person in management these days thats why leave work from swiggy

I like a job to work in Swiggydelivery. But this is not sufficient job salary for future. Incase any emergency leave there is Not options To inform company.
