Swiggy Instamart is my first job. I like my colleagues and few friendly ASMs.

...though I worked on festivals and different shifts. No appraisals and promotions. Salary is too low for the kind of work. This month Salary was credited on 7th.

It was my best company where im working past 2years I'm getting paid salary's on time job satisfaction and with my all team members very chillable supported person all manager and team leads are supported and more friendly with everyone i love to be working in swiggy employee I'm so happy hear I thank to everyone.

1.Please don't join swiggy company through offroll or on contract basis 2.No job Security. 3.They just kicked out just after 3 months saying due to company loss but contract period is for 11 months. 4.Please don't trust swiggy offroll Jobs. 5.Deeply disappointed by Swiggy Store startup.

Working with this company is like you doing a job in which you learn more and more day by day salary , training,career,working environment,work life balance all goes smoothly when im doing a internship of 2.5 month now im try do a full time job in swiggy and for the day when i get opportunity to work with swiggy again .

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees.
