Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

The Work life balance sometimes can be sucking and frustrating it all depends on your team and your manager. In my case my Manager was a jerk and always wanted everyone to work on weekends as well to complete the revenue targets. There is always a pressure to perform otherwise you can be laid off whenever company is out on budget and is in loss. Be careful and chose your time wisely since as I mentioned above it all depends on your manager how good you can be here.

Poor company culture and atmosphere. No planning for There are no benefits of any kind for lower level employees. Lower level employees get very little salary and a lot of work. There is only solace in the name of salary increase.
