1. Salary is Good 2. 100% Remote workplace (Mandatory grouping once in a quarter though) 3. Decent Work Life Balance ( i joined post working in a consulting firm, hence there maybe bias here and others may feel that WLB isn't good, depends on the team too) 4. Great Learning Opportunities- You will learn a lot and will have to up your game since you will be working with people from premier institutes 5. Decent Company Culture

1. You can be fired anytime owing to market conditions, Swiggy has seen 2 layoffs since it's inception 2. May have to work on weekends

Just one thing I would like about this job is anytime you can work but even then there are not much orders in afternoon

...m.... But unnecessary deductions.... No customer care... No Manger to report.... Also they told that they will refund the vaccine amount and pay for that day but even after multiple attempts they haven't given... They don't really care what delivery boy is dealing with... They just want is that you should delevr the order..... They will not care even if you are dying. 🥺

Only thing i like about my company is that i don't have to report to anybody , i work as per my will.

Dislikes

To be honest, not really happy with company , sometimes gives wrong pay for orders, unnecessary deductions, blaming the rider even when it not their fault , no proper support given to riders , zero safety.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
