No job security as i have been asked to forcefully move to our clients payroll who offered lesser package and designation that the current role in swiggy and i resigned for better job.

Swiggy company not support me at all i am hurt by swiggy company during lockdown company not gave me salary not single rupees i am working with Swiggy since last 2 year only company use us for their own growth

Fleet manager is having so much ego and they are not understanding they are came office and goes to home they are not keep up their responsibilities

I like a job to work in Swiggydelivery. But this is not sufficient job salary for future. Incase any emergency leave there is Not options To inform company.

On time salary, cab facilities, fun activities, learnings, leaves, etc overall my company is best place to work.. I am missing my company.

Only thing I dislike in the office was my team leader Anithavalli Kollabattula. Annoying and irritating person I ever seen before in our company. Apart from her rest everything was super cool.
