Bad politics regarding increment. Even after years of working management do bloody politics of KPI to drag down once sincere efforts because they only care about senior manager incentives who not even 10th passed & no bonus to new joiners. Production & design managers are 9th failed. Just running business by sweet words but no concrete improvement in terms of benefit to employees. No learning opportunities. Paying very less than industry standards. At the time of increment only bloody politics nothing else. Join if you want to spoil your career & valuable time. No appreciation to engineers, accountants & store managers even for timely & quality work.

People in this company are very cool and supportive, culture is really good. Any new person can easy join and work over here.

Dislikes

Less knowledge and experience you will get in this company, gowth is less and they are in small LLP company. So if you are fresher then you will have scope to start your career with them.
