I Bangalore location there is worst manager he treat colleagues like labour and rude behaviours. He will not allow any body do grow high in front of him. Zero knowledge person dono why management is not taking action about him

There is no medical insurance There is no proper salary deduction structure there deduct there own interest and say company police 2 times PF they deducting, company contribution also they deduct in employee salary. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
