like a pure bania company no corporate governance even showing limited companies.Not getting salary after work there month ending is 25th of every month not seen in other company ever.

no work culture,only hounding about brokerage and alway kept the employee with much more pressure,non cooperation from management and seniors.

...s of politics using employees data and sack them they don't care about employee. They are taking care of 1rs not even pay the tea bill, don't join the swastika gives you lots of fake commitment.

They paying on variable pays, but they won't agree when you are going to join. Not even pay the full n final after 5yrs of service.

If you want to be secure at Swastika you don't need to excel in work. But you had to be close to Nyati Family, through this you can get any designation and salary. And you don't need to do any thing. Example is HArshit Rungta(CPO), he don't do any except staying in cabin. He never visit field or ananlyse competitor product for bring innovative product. He don't do have any knoweldge. Before CPO he was HR manager and directly he got promotion to CPO. Most time you can find him clueless about product feature and compliance. Another example is Sivani Nyati, who has 1 year of experience but having more than 10 year of experienced employee Santosh Meena is reporting to her. Another example Kritika Nyati, after visiting trading appliaction you can judge her skill youself, who is again design head. Marketing head, Anita Nyato, she had no expereince in Digital Marketing, she don't have any knowledge, but 5+ years experience guy in Digital Marketing guy is reporting to her. If you hadn't understood why its deep rooted nepotism. It's because salary should be in house.

Company provides a valuable learning experience. since our department is still in early stages of growth, it provides opportunities to work on diverse projects.

Dislikes

Salary is comparatively very low, which affects overall job satisfaction. additionally, number of leaves granted to a employee is also low

As careerwise it is great company for learning and growing. They give chance to freshers that is best thing about these company. Work environment is very positive. Cultural and physical Activities made by company are also very good part of this company.

Dislikes

There is only one problem i.e. salary of employees. They can not pay according to work and positions.
