Although the work-life balance, salary, promotions, and job security at Swastika Automatics leave much to be desired, I still value the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with CNC and VMC machines, which has helped me build technical knowledge. The challenges I face during inspections, despite the lack of skill development initiatives, have taught me how to adapt quickly and work under pressure. While the company culture and overall work satisfaction could be better, I appreciate the relationships I've built with my colleagues and the sense of responsibility that comes with ensuring the quality of parts. These experiences, though not ideal, have contributed to my personal growth, helping me develop self-discipline, organizational skills, and resilience.

Additionally, the salary and benefits are not competitive with industry standards, and there is little to no recognition of hard work through promotions or appraisals, which leaves no clear path for career growth. The lack of job security adds to the stress, as decisions about layoffs or role changes are often abrupt and poorly communicated. Furthermore, there are limited opportunities for skill development or training, leaving employees feeling stagnant in their roles. The overall company culture is neither inclusive nor supportive, which significantly impacts job satisfaction and morale.
