Although the work-life balance, salary, promotions, and job security at Swastika Automatics leave much to be desired, I still value the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with CNC and VMC machines, which has helped me build technical knowledge. While the company culture and overall work satisfaction could be better, I appreciate the relationships I've built with my colleagues and the sense of responsibility that comes with ensuring the quality of parts.
