Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No team work, no job security, no career growth, a lot of politics amongst staff and work environment is very negative

Dislikes

Communication problem is at par, u cannot talk to any other person leaving your seat, salary issue is a big big problem.

It is the worst company in India. In fact it is not a company, it is a Lala JI ki dukan, which is registered in ROC for company own interests.
