Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management just check for the issues, no action is taken to resolve the issue. One man army, decision making is only in hand of one man. Career growth is very slow and more or less particiality for man is observed. Favoritism does exist so the skills and hard work are not appreciated at the most. No festivals are celebrated, no sports activities, no days are celebrated. No socialism between employees, all are treated as machines.

As you have a Mon-Fri cycle and 15 leaves are provided annually Work & Social life balance can be maintained properly. Good exposure for beginners/freshers. You definitely get to learn accounting as well as get to improve on Microsoft Office skills.

Dislikes

There's some politics in every work place, but here its worse. There is no scope for innovation and if you try to be a bit outspoken about the facts you become the odd one out. You have a cartel at senior position which wont allow you to grow beyond a point. The place is only recommended for learning purpose.
