It was my bad luck I joined this company no proper management no seniors no training you should handle all the work and then also no respect for your efforts and they don't pay your salaries on time

It's merely a company and more of a marwari dukan. Director is undergraduate and ill behaved. All around one will find incompatible people around. And everybody always in fear.

There meaning of culture is far from reality as there is no culture at all.
