The place is a bit far from the city and travel time could be high .But as compared to travel time in a metro city ,it is negligent.

There is lot of politics and upper management never resolved issue. Career growth is very very slow. Poor communication and bad experience.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent too. Appraisals are fair and transparent.

Pros and cons are everywhere,point is who will take up and who will stuck with the same its purely depend on person to person.
