A good work culture. And the best is done at these tiring times of crisis. May be a be little more consideration in the salary if conditions permit.

Dislikes

a. A discipline monitoring system for Std 6 and 5. At times a teacher is not able to connect with a handful of 'powerful' boys (say 5 to 6 boys) who want to control and bully the other boys and in the due course these helpless boys leave the school and that is quite a number. b. The study hour structure should be made much better with effective monitoring system in place. The school diary and hostel study record method

I like this school because I have been enhancing my teaching skills.If I think in my shoes it is the best opportunity to teach to students.

Dislikes

It is so far away from to the city as well as to my hometown.Here general needs are not available, we need to go to the city.
