this review is given in 2022, consider the review as before 2022, time changes everything changes, if svyasa remains & maintains with the same yogic culture which me and my friends experienced. that would be a true blessing for everyone out there. thank you

They make employees work at slower speeds always.

There is no cooperation between people working in different departments. No matter what is your qualification, they give employees administration tasks, mostly 70% of the workload is admin work, going to different departments like finance Department, with some documents & getting it signed with the head of finance Department. These documents must be given with a signature of our immediate Boss & his Boss, the people at the lower posts must keep on waiting for the time & presence of their Boss & his Boss, in their Department. Plus, there is nothing systematic, nobody knows at what time the people at higher posts in different departments are present & people from different departments must keep on roaming to the finance Department. Too many restrictions for employees living inside the University campus, for employees it is mandatory to attend 2 prayer sessions per day. Health insurance & provident fund not given to the staff. They make the staff do all the works in the last moment, without any prior planning. Your immediate Boss will never ask you what challenges you are facing im doing the tasks given to you. They give very few chances to express your views in front of them.
