Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

PRO were very helpful in problems of personal nature.

...octor in the town to settle down and then expecting a good income from his work. They want that a doctor should earn more than his own salary from the first month onwards. The mother sits in the administration office. She does not listen to anyone. She speaks a lot and lot and she talks continuously for an hour. They pressurized me to do surgery on a patient who was unfit for surgery. When I declined, they refused to pay my salary. They immediately terminated me even though we had a contract to give one month's notice. I filed a case in court through a lawyer. Later it turned out that he was not even a lawyer.
