Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

We could not get the salary slip in time Also the increment not in time so late Appraisal letter to be late The communication with our HR is not good ,they not solve any problem properly . They not give proper information about any new policy like about the ESI ,Mediclame Rather all to be good

Oppertunities you get because people keep leaving from here

Many: No work life balance - sometimes working on Sunday's as well. Compensation is too low in comparison to others False promises of increments HR policies on paper only You can get fired at any time but when you want to leave it's a big issue - No releaving letter is given people are harrassed for it
