Worst than worst, I think do go for this company. Behavior with employee not good ,rude. HR ,Owner of the company do have scenes to talk with employee, no offer letter ,no experience,and salary is not also on time.They are treating us like a beggar.If you don't have job is good but working with swaliya is worst.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
