Salary structure is good but no satisfaction

There are lots of reasons for Dislike No proper standard for work culture,No learning , they Demotivate, almost 12 hours spends in a day. They pressurized alot, even after company hours you thought you are in company due to frustration and pressure.

Very good work environment and learn lot of things in this organisation,also team members and management very supportive

Salary structure because i have 6year experience but at this stage salary is not good

job location, company culture, sometimes company hired diploma trainee and fired after completion of 3years or 2years and they change department any time, you have to travel 2hrs. from mehsana to plant, 6day working, no technical training provided,in the name of training they only provide fire and safety training quarterly.

They Think about their employee and there is no diffrence between 3rd class 1st class and 4th class employees. They always start the program for our employees to improve there health conditions financial condition and self improvement.

The work load is heavy for new employees and according to work they give salary very low

No any thing to like in Suzuki Motors Gujrat. Only one good thing is you learn Japanese Company culture.

Poor Package, It is similar like You work in Dubai with 50degree+ temperature but the package is not like Dubai. No culture the only thing is work and work..
