Nothing good about suzlons vadodara plant.

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.

Time to Time salary,Which Wwil is not giving. Got a freedom to work.

Dislikes

Limitations in learning. I.e-1.Woodword DFIG training they are not like to give. 2.So much monopoly 3.Experienced person not interested to teach what they knew. 4.No balance in work life & personal life Salary is too low as compare to other company. 5.incentive you will get some time when company will have project in hand. 6.some times working hour more than 12 hours with out c-off. 7.Don't come to southern zone for working.

Salary creadit on time,100% support from top management.tour accomodation.

No holidays ,even on Sunday you have to work they gave comp off but work life balance is very bad,in this job you have to ready for travel any time in all over india.

1)Many things impose 2)Like work, there is no reward 3)Acting is not pretending 4)Those working on machines are not considered 5) In many places the canteen and the items available on the site are not proper 6) There are holidays but cannot be taken
