Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing. The founder (GG) is not a good person at all and runs a sweat shop.

Dislikes

...s late, there are no excuses to take off and you work 12hrs a day 7 days a week. The founder also tries to garnish pay in lieu of his arbitrary wishes not being met. All of this while parading on LinkedIn like he is a top flight employer.

There is no such thing which was good with this organization

Dislikes

You Never receive full salary They deduct Tax from your salary which is never submitted to the income tax department salary delays up to 3-4 months Stressful working hours 10-12 hours a day

Badi badi batien. We are this and that. Everything is lies. Don't trust what is told during interview.

Dislikes

No plan for anything. Whatever is urgent needs to be given. And many things can be urgent because of no planing. Work like worker. Do what is told. One person directs all. Rest no one has any say.

-No work ethics (You ll be asked to copy designs from other platforms and code as well) -Product based or Service based they themselves dont know -No Work-life balance (will asked to stay in office unless the founder leaves the office) -You ll asked to spend nights at office because you re at so called "Startup" -Cheap politics and casteism is overflowed here
