Good place to start up career. Environment is good. I am happy to be part of a team. Best client systems are available to learn new technologies. I work for billing process for US client. We enjoy our work and do best for completing targets and ofcourse for incentive part even. Policies are followed by everyone. Female employees can enjoy working here.

Dislikes

Salary is not good and career growth is very slow. Work pressure depends on tuff time from client. Many people are not satisfied with appraisals. Transport changed from two way to one way. No training sessions are properly conducted.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

MNC for name, all the TL'S & Managers are good and support,but where as coming to the growth ,appraisal & salary it is completely vary to otherMNC Organisation,basic level pay and market standards are not followed regarding employee pay ,most of the people will leave the organisation due to this reason

Coming to growth appraisal and salary it is very poor and not considering market standards and even no comparison with other MNC 'thiis the main reason that employees leaving this organisation.

Boring, no growth, treat like children in school, make you to by heart the stuff, trainers are not trained have different aspect on same topic, lifts doesn't work properly in time, completely night shifts, no rotational, no free tea or coffee and need to buy yourself, paying huge amount.

Dislikes

Whole organization, pay you like beggers and want production to be done hundred percent, for them their business is important, salaries are different for freshers too, can be negotiated but asked to through company norms

...d policies. Job secured until works are up to date. Amazing cafeteria for break. Avarage salary hike.

Career growth is less. Proper training not given for new Joinees. Lots of politics in management. We aren't suppose to highlight our issues with higher levels, if we did our work stress will be increased by respective supervisors. No transport facility.
