There is nothing to like in this company.

... are pathetic. And the biggest thing is management. The management is very bad. While we have a lots of earned leaves in have but they are still making a loss of pay on their own decision for any selected candidates. And the biggest scam is the Bond they are making us to sign because i signed bond for other process and they moved us to other process but i still have to work or else they are asking huge amount to leave the company. So my advice os don't even think of joining this company.

...loyees are Paid Less compared to other companies for the stressful work they do. If anyone wants good salary better to choose other companies.

They provide training for freshers. Good working culture. They provide transportation for night shift workers

Dislikes

Salary . As a fresher your gross salary for Associate collection is 19000 but your Net salary 11400 only . In gross salary they include incentive also . Incompletable target for some teams , if you're on that team you won't get incentives so on that time you may feel down because of Your salary.

MNC for name, all the TL'S & Managers are good and support,but where as coming to the growth ,appraisal & salary it is completely vary to otherMNC Organisation,basic level pay and market standards are not followed regarding employee pay ,most of the people will leave the organisation due to this reason

Coming to growth appraisal and salary it is very poor and not considering market standards and even no comparison with other MNC 'thiis the main reason that employees leaving this organisation.

Likes

Boring, no growth, treat like children in school, make you to by heart the stuff, trainers are not trained have different aspect on same topic, lifts doesn't work properly in time, completely night shifts, no rotational, no free tea or coffee and need to buy yourself, paying huge amount.

Dislikes

Whole organization, pay you like beggers and want production to be done hundred percent, for them their business is important, salaries are different for freshers too, can be negotiated but asked to through company norms
