its good for a fresher to develop his skills mainly in english communication provides decent salary and good work stations Main drawback was that most process require you to work in rotating night shifts since major clients are from EST following countries. Still its a good MNC BPO company and will find growth if you are looking for long term career there.

...ow much you jell with him. So called systematic apprisal still it's biased only. PHR are behind program which pays salary to them. As usual corporate with stinking salary. Worked for 11yrs and max promotion was TL with 6.7L was my CTC joined as Sr.Consultant for 3.2LCTC.

Suth has all the policy like government which none follows it, All tops management people will groom only their family members in this org. Good for a fresher if he exits out in 2yrs.

Team mates, training staff are good, more like a friends. We will fee more comfortable during training. Trainers are so cooperative.

I felt the salary is too low for a newbie. That demotivates and it affects the performance and dedication of the youngsters who seeks a new job

I started my career as Technical Support Executive. Over all training was for more than 45 days including communication training. Production floor was also good. 10 hours shift made work life balance painful, But overall experience was good

Dislikes

... had to support global clients. You can just take one day off on some other day. No compensation for working on holidays.
